Market

A $9.4B identity layer nobody owns yet.

Digital business cards are a $420M market growing 14% a year — but that’s the wedge, not the prize. The real market is the 214M knowledge workers whose first-party network lives nowhere, and the field marketing spend that can’t prove itself.

FAQ

Questions people ask before they switch.

What is a digital business card?

A digital business card is a web profile you share by tapping an NFC card, scanning a QR code or sending a link. Unlike paper, it holds your photo, video, links, calendar and live contact details — and you can update it at any time without reprinting anything.

Does the person I share with need an app?

No. Kira opens in the phone's normal browser. Any phone made since roughly 2019 reads an NFC tag with no app, no pairing and no setup, and every card also has a QR code and a plain share link as a fallback.

How does the AI assistant on a Kira card work?

You give the assistant a short knowledge base — your role, your product, how you like to be contacted, your availability. When someone opens your card they can ask it questions and it answers in your voice, declines anything outside what you gave it, and can book time on your calendar. Every conversation is saved to your CRM.

Does Kira work with iPhone and Android?

Yes. NFC reading is built into iPhone XS and later and effectively every Android phone from the last several years. Cards also generate Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes, and a QR code for anything older.

Can I keep my company branding across the team?

Yes — team accounts are built for exactly that. Admins lock templates, colours, logo, tone of voice and required fields, so every rep's card is on-brand and correct, and you can push a change to every seat at once.

What happens to contacts I capture?

They land in Kira's built-in CRM, enriched with company, headcount and funding data, scored on how engaged the person was, and paired with a drafted follow-up. From there you can export CSV or sync to HubSpot and Salesforce.

Can I change my details after the card is printed?

Yes — that's the point. The NFC card carries a permanent link to your profile, not the data itself. Change your title, number or company once and every card you have ever handed out resolves to the new version.

How do I get started?

Open Kira, pick a template and build your card — it takes about four minutes and you don't need a physical NFC card to start sharing. You can send the link or show the QR code straight away, and order cards for yourself or the team later.

Still deciding? Open Kira and build a card in four minutes — the free plan needs no card details.
